In 2000, Eva Dean Dance opened its studio Union Street Dance in Park Slope, Brooklyn. The studio provides subsidized rehearsal space rental to over 120 dance companies annually and serves as the company's home. Union Street Dance offers professional-level open classes on a weekly basis. In 2006, Eva Dean Dance launched its annual Union Street Dance Repertoire Workshop featuring Eva Dean Dance and Guest Artist Kristin Hollinsworth teaching Susan Marshall and Company repertoire.

(Early Bird renters must rent a minimum of 8 hours per month to receive the special $5 per hour rate)

The studio is closed Thanksgiving November 25-28, 2010 and for the Winter Holidays December 24, 2009 - January 1, 2010.

Rates :
Dance Rehearsal Rentals (Monday-Friday): $5-10 per hour
Classes/Workshops/Events: $35 - $50 per hour (call for price quote)
Saturday and Sunday Dance Rehearsal Rentals: $15 per hour (unless you block book, call for details)
