USD Rates
The studio is available for rehearsal and event rentals. 
It is 25' x 40', with 38' of mirrors. A CD/DVD/Tape player and VCR/monitor are available at no extra cost.
This is an artist friendly studio that is clean, warm and well-ventilated with a HEPA air filter and a dehumidifier. Studio space may be reserved on a first come, first serve basis.
2012 Studio Rental Rates and Information
Early Bird Special (dance rehearsals only)
Monday - Thursday (7:45am – 9:45am) $7.50 per hour
Subsidized Day Rates (dance rehearsals only)
Monday - Friday (10am – 6pm) $10 per hour.
Weeknight and Weekend Rehearsal Rentals (dance and theater)
Weeknights (6pm – 10pm) and Weekend (10am – 7pm)
$15 per hour (2 hour minimum)

$12.50 per hour (If you book a minimum of 12 hours per month)
