UNION STREET DANCE WORK-STUDY
PROGRAM:
Join Union Street Dance's Work-Study Program, which provides an
extra break for artists in need of inexpensive studio space who
are eager to learn about non-profit administration and studio management.
Duties include monitoring the studio, providing building entrance
to renters, maintaining databases and various computer systems,
and printing and mailing promotional materials, all tasks essential
both to running an arts organization and to promoting one's self
as an artist.

UNION STREET
DANCE LABORATORY (USD LAB):
The mission of the Union Street Dance Laboratory is to give
dancers the chance to advance their abilities as performance artists
by learning repertoire and the dance-making processes of guest choreographers,
teachers and our Artistic Director, Eva Dean. Students will have
hands-on experience into the choreographer’s dance making
and directorial approaches, while gaining insight into their own
creative process.

DTW'S OUTER/SPACE
CREATIVE RESIDENCY FOR ARTISTS:
The goal of the Outer/Space Creative Residency is to provide
artists with time and space to investigate and research their process.
The residency includes 100 hours of free rehearsal space during
a six month period at one of the participating studios, in addition
to a $500 stipend.
