The studio is available for rehearsal
and event rentals. 
It is 25' x 40', with 38' of mirrors. A CD/DVD/Tape player and VCR/monitor
are available at no extra cost. This is an artist friendly studio
that is clean, warm and well-ventilated with a HEPA air filter and
a dehumidifier.
Studio space may be reserved on a first come, first serve basis.

Block Booking Residencies (SBB Residency)
– Eva Dean Dance is offering two SBB Residencies
in 2011 at our studio Union Street Dance in Park Slope, Brooklyn.
The first is a Winter SBB Residency (January 3 – March 31,
2011) and the second is a Spring SBB Residency (April 1 –
June 30, 2011). Each SBB Residency provides 72 hours (24 hours per
month for three months) of subsidized dance rehearsal rental pro-rated
at $9 per hour. ALL SBB Residency Companies/Artists must meet the
requirements and stipulations as outline in the Guidelines.
