The studio is available for rehearsal and event rentals.
It is 25' x 40', with 38' of mirrors. A CD/DVD/Tape player and VCR/monitor are available at no extra cost. This is an artist friendly studio that is clean, warm and well-ventilated with a HEPA air filter and a dehumidifier.
Studio space may be reserved on a first come, first serve basis.

Monday-Friday Rates :
Dance Rehearsals: $10 per hour
Classes/Workshops/Events: $35 - $50 per hour (call for price quote)

Saturday and Sunday Rehearsal Rates:
$15 per hour
IF YOU BLOCK BOOK ON SATURDAYS/SUNDAYS:
-2 hour rehearsals are $13 per hour (If you book 9 hours of Saturday/Sunday rehearsal space)
-3 hour rehearsals are $12 per hour (If you book 9 hours of Saturday/Sunday rehearsal space)
-Other rental rates are $15 per hour (2 hours minimum)
- Must pay refundable street door and gate key deposits unless you already have appropriate keys.

UNION STREET DANCE SUMMER SPECIAL!
Three hours for $25! Book by May 31, 2010

From June 1 – August 31, 2010 book 3 hours or more of rehearsal space at Union Street Dance and receive your rental for only $25!
This applies to all rehearsal rentals, dance or theater as well as for weekends.

**Must book 12 hours minimum per month. Only applies to rehearsal rentals.
**Must book by May 31, 2010
**Key Deposit required (unless you currently have a key)
